Autumn on the menu at L'Attilio Briollay

A seasonal menu close to the garden and local farms
As the colors soften and flavors deepen, L’Attilio Briollay celebrates autumn with a seasonal menu marked by precision and authenticity.
No ingredient is left to chance: the vegetables come directly from the restaurant’s garden, while the meats, cheeses, and herbs are carefully sourced from local producers with whom the Chef maintains a close, trusted relationship.
This proximity opens the horizons to a vibrant cuisine that is intimately connected to its surroundings. It tells the story of the landscapes, the crisp morning air, and the generosity of the Anjou lands.
Autumn, two ways
During the week, for lunch and certain evening meals, the "Market Inspiration" menu offers a flexible and spontaneous format: choose from appetizer & main course, main course & dessert, or the full trio. The dishes evolve according to the day’s arrivals and the Chef’s inspirations. For weeknight dinners and Sunday lunch, a 5- or 7-course tasting menu takes center stage, designed as a sensory journey, with optional wine pairings. Whatever your choice, each bite conveys an emotion, capturing a moment of the season at its peak.
At L’Attilio Briollay, autumn is an exquisite sensory experience that lingers long after the meal is finished.
